Cancellation Policy
Event Policy, Liability & Media Release By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event at Resilience Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No Cancellations or Rescheduling: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, transfers, or rescheduling for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal matters, or dissatisfaction. Tickets may not be exchanged, credited, or rolled over to a future event. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Participation in any event activities, including but not limited to dancing, games, physical movement, pole activities, or use of studio space, is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge that physical activity can result in injury and, in rare cases, serious harm. You hereby assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or harm (including injury, disability, death, or dismemberment) that may occur before, during, or after the event. You fully release and hold harmless Resilience Studios, its owners, staff, instructors, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action connected to your participation and/or presence on the premises. Personal Responsibility: You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will act responsibly. You agree to follow all safety instructions and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund. Media Release: By entering the premises, you grant permission for Resilience Studios to photograph and/or record video during the event, and to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media format, without compensation or limitation. If you do not wish to appear in media, it is your responsibility to inform the staff before the event begins; however, avoidance cannot be guaranteed. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above.
