Service Description

In a one-on-one virtual personal training class, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance from a certified fitness instructor via a virtual platform such as Zoom. The session typically begins with a brief discussion about your fitness goals, any existing injuries or limitations, and your previous exercise experience. From there, the trainer will tailor the session to your specific needs, creating a workout plan that aligns with your goals and abilities. During the session, your trainer will demonstrate exercises, provide verbal cues for proper form, and offer real-time feedback to ensure you're performing each movement correctly and safely. They may also modify exercises as needed to accommodate any physical limitations or challenges you may have. Throughout the session, your trainer will motivate and encourage you to push yourself, helping you stay focused and committed to your fitness journey. They may also offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and strategies for staying consistent with your workouts outside of the session. At the end of the session, your trainer may provide recommendations for at-home workouts, stretches, or recovery techniques to help you continue making progress between sessions. Event Policy, Liability & Media Release By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event at Resilience Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: No Cancellations or Rescheduling: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, transfers, or rescheduling for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, personal matters, or dissatisfaction. Tickets may not be exchanged, credited, or rolled over to a future event. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver: Participation in any event activities, including but not limited to dancing, games, physical movement, pole activities, or use of studio space, is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge that physical activity can result in injury and, in rare cases, serious harm. You hereby assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or harm (including injury, disability, death, or dismemberment) that may occur before, during, or after the event. You fully release and hold harmless Resilience Studios, its owners, staff, instructors, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action connected to your participation and/or presence on the premises. Personal Responsibility: You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will act responsibly. You agree to follow all safety instructions and understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund. Media Release: By entering the premises, you grant permission for Resilience Studios to photograph and/or record video during the event, and to use your image, voice, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, in any media format, without compensation or limitation. If you do not wish to appear in media, it is your responsibility to inform the staff before the event begins; however, avoidance cannot be guaranteed. By attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above.
